You'll provide skilled nursing support, clinical guidance, and reassurance to patients and families while working closely with the Wings Over Texas Hospice team.

What You'll Do

Respond to after-hours patient and family needs

Assess changes in patient condition

Provide skilled nursing interventions within the plan of care

Communicate with physicians and the hospice team

Help manage pain and symptoms

Provide education and reassurance to caregivers

Coordinate additional services when necessary

Complete timely clinical documentation
-
Support patients in their place of residence
-
Coordinate services and supplies
-
Monitor changes in patient condition
-
Provide emotional support and reassurance
-
Document care accurately and timely
-
Advocate for patients and families
RN case managers are the clinicians assigned to patients M-F.
You will be part of the 24-hour on-call nursing support available to patients and caregivers.
