Wings Over Texas Hospice Services are designed to provide comfort and support to our hospice patients wherever they call home, whether in their own home, with a loved one, in a nursing home, or in an assisted living facility. We aim to keep our patients as independent as possible in familiar surroundings.
Our home office is in Cleburne, Texas. We also have offices in Granbury, Texas, and Hico, Texas. Our dedicated team members live and serve our patients and their families across North Texas, including Azle, Aledo, Arlington, Burleson, Waco, and Stephenville
Before admitting a patient to Wings Over Texas Hospice, we ensure that the patient resides in an area we serve. Please call us to see if Wings Over Texas Hospice team members are serving in your area.
